Hair Loss in Women: Causes and Remedies

Losing 100-150 hair strands per day is quite normal as long as the new hairs keep growing. But if the new hair growth is interrupted and hairs pop out in clumps, this is definitely alarming and you should do something about it.
Depending on the cause, hair loss in women can be temporary or permanent:

The result is continual thinning of hair and scalp becoming more visible with each passing day.
Hair loss remedies can be natural as well as synthetic, depending on your condition and the cause. There are many hair loss products as well as medications available in the stores and online that you can purchase to deal with this problem. Some hair thickening products, most often the ones with natural keratin in their composition, are good for your hairs. They not only volumize your hairs instantly, but also increase your hair density, if used regularly.
Coming to the natural remedies, using natural oils like coconut, olive oil, canola, hibiscus oil etc. is quite beneficial. Then you can apply natural juices like garlic and onion juice. Even vinegar and lime juice is quite good for your hairs. Last, but most important, is your daily diet. Including iron, protein and vitamin rich food in your diet is very essential.

Thus we see that hair loss in women can be caused due to several reasons that may be temporary like medical conditions or wrong hairstyles; or it can be permanent like hormonal disorders or genetic. Consequently, there are a variety of remedies that you can choose to deal with this issue.
